Baan Puri Pool Deck Refurbishment
A pool-deck refurbishment that addressed the failed supporting base before rebuilding the walkways and reinstating the finished surface.
The project
Rebuilding from the supporting base upward.
Greystone's project record identifies settlement beneath the existing pool-deck finish. The affected finish and failed sub-base were removed so the underlying cause could be addressed before surface reinstatement.
The renewed work connected structural preparation with the finished landscape: the pool-deck and walkway base were rebuilt before the sandwash surface was relaid across the renewed areas.
Recorded approach
Correct the cause before restoring the finish.
The project demonstrates the importance of treating the supporting construction and visible finish as one refurbishment system.
Remove failed material
The existing sandwash finish and affected sub-base were removed to expose the areas requiring reconstruction.
Rebuild the base
The pool-deck and walkway base were reconstructed before any replacement finish was installed.
Reinstate the surface
The sandwash finish was relaid across the renewed areas to reconnect the walkways around the pool.

All nine photographs from the existing live project record are retained. They show the work area, finishing activity and completed pool surroundings without claiming a precise photographic chronology.
