Project story ยท Bang Tao, Phuket
Fifth Element Villa
A swimming-pool renovation rebuilt from the underlying preparation and waterproofing through to the final natural-stone finish.
The project
Renewing the pool as a complete system, not a cosmetic repair.
Greystone removed the existing finishes and backing screed before preparing the pool structure for a renewed waterproofing and finishing system.
The sequence connected the unseen technical layers with the finished appearance: waterproofing, new screed falls, stone installation, fittings and lighting were treated as parts of one renovation package.
Recorded approach
From stripped structure to renewed pool finish.
The recorded scope shows how preparation, water management and finishing work were coordinated before the pool returned to service.
Remove and prepare
The existing tiles and backing screed were removed so the renovation could begin from the prepared pool structure.
Waterproof and form falls
A 4 mm Lanko 228 Superflex waterproofing membrane and new screed falls formed the technical base for the final surfaces.
Finish and refit
Sukabumi natural stone was installed and the scope included renewed pool fittings and lights.

All 14 photographs from the existing live project record are retained. They show the prepared pool structure and completed stone finish without claiming a precise photographic chronology.
